Embedded Linux Engineer - Remote - Outside IR35-£55 per hour

Hexwired Recruitment is recruiting for a world leader in Video solutions now seeking an Embedded Linux engineer to help with several new projects the client needs to complete.

The company are expanding due to recent successes and are now seeking an Embedded Linux Engineer with a strong focus on Linux Kernel development to help bring innovation to their products as well as updating their existing products.

This is an Embedded Linux role within a multinational team. You will get the chance to influence the final design of their products as well as excellent scope to progress within the business. Due to the nature of the work, the company are very interested in candidates with a Video background.

Key Skills

  • Degree in Embedded systems, Computer science or similar
  • Good commercial Embedded Linux experience
  • Experience building Linux Kernel Drivers
  • Previous experience working on Videostreaming or UHD products.

This is an outside IR35 contract, fully remote. Initial 3 months with likely extension, paying circa £55 per hour. If you’re interested in this Embedded Linux job, please apply.
