Electronics & Firmware Engineer - Remote - £75,000

In this role you walk the path between firmware engineer & electronics engineer.

The product you'll focus on already exists. But it needs an upgrade; one that allow it to operate in all-weather conditions. IT's done an amazing job so far and has helped save people millions of pounds over its life, but in order to apply to new markets the electronics need to be more robust.

The device is small and installed in homes around the world. It's a monitoring device (so think sensors) and is connected so transfers data to an app for people to view.

This role is remote! So ideally you'll have a home set up to take the electronics home with you, but popping to the office when needed is cool! The firmware always needs a focus, so this role is probably 50% software. With the major success of this first product you'll absolutely be getting stuck into new products in the future which you can work with the other electronics and firmware engineer to build form the ground up.

You'll need:

• Embedded C (Baremetal & OS)
• Digital & Analouge circuit design
• Sensor based devices
• Connected devices (Bluetooth, Wifi etc)
