The Job You’ll Do;

  • Fault finding, repair and service of a variety of electronic equipment, including PCBs, drives, inverters, motors, power supplies etc.
  • Attending breakdowns at customer sites when required, either performing on-site fault diagnosis and repair, or bringing faulty components back to company HQ for repair.
  • Liaising with on-site engineers at customer locations around the Northeast.
  • Occasional component programming (training provided), with a wide range of models from Allen Bradley and Siemens to Mitsubishi.
  • Handling installations of components and devices at customer locations.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with both customers and the internal team of engineers.
  • Working, on occasion, without circuit diagrams.

About You;

  • Possess a keen interest in electronics, and a desire to learn and develop within the industry.
  • Relevant Electrical/Electronics qualifications or experience (desirable).
  • 3+ years industry experience (desirable).
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • IT literate.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Consistent attendance and work ethic.
