Job Title: Electrician

A position has arisen for an Electrician within a  Social Housing provider in Stockport. This role is a temporary to permanent position 

The successful candidate must have experience working on domestic properties and have the relevant below qualifications.

Your duties will include:

  • Working on tenanted properties completing wiring on boiler installations and swaps 
  • Upgrading smoke alarms to LD3 standard
  • Installing RF Thermostats  
  • Testing and issuing certification
  • Completing fault finding and diagnosis 

The successful candidate must have:

  • NVQ level 3 
  • 18th Edition
  • AM2 
  • 2391 
  • Driving Licence (van & fuel card provided)

Desirable skills: 

  • Gold ECS Card
