Job Title: Electrical Supervisor / Foreman

Location: Liverpool (and surrounding areas)

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Supervisor / Foreman to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing M&E projects, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have experience in installations, general lighting, structured cabling, fire & security, small power, and emergency lighting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise M&E projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team
• Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to senior management
• Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Working Foreman or Electrical Supervisor in the M&E industry
• Strong knowledge of installations, general lighting, structured cabling, fire & security, small power, and emergency lighting
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
• Flexibility to work occasional late shifts as required
