Are you an Electrical Project Manager / Contracts Manager or similar looking to be the go-to expert for Remedial Electrical Projects within a leading University? 

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to play a pivotal role in managing Contracts and upgrading Electrical systems and infrastructure for a University campus known for it's beauty and diversity.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, lead discussions on system designs, and manage critical inspections and maintenance contracts, ensuring compliance with electrical regulations.

The Role:
  • Lead Electrical Projects: Manage and oversee remedial projects, including system designs, fixed electrical testing, RCD testing, and arranging LV shutdowns across the campus.
  • Low Voltage Duty Holder: Ensure compliance with electrical regulations, providing technical guidance and expertise.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Forge strong relationships with Estates teams, contractors, and university functions.
  • Maintenance Management: Develop SLAs and KPIs for electrical maintenance contracts and contribute to policy development.
  
The Person:
  • Trade Background: Electrical trades background .
  • Compliance Management
  • Project Management Experience: Significant experience in electrical systems design, installation, testing, and commissioning.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Effective manager with strong customer service skills and ability to work well under pressure.
