£60,000 + 20% Bonus + Car Allowance/Vehicle

We are currently seeking an Electrical Operations Manager, on behalf of our Client, a major electrical contractor, with coverage of Greater London

You will be tasked with the coordination of the companies’ daily activities and operations and be responsible for the performance of the company.
Responsibilities for Electrical Operations Manager
  • Manage adherence to company and Client’s policies and procedures.
  • Manage business change.
  • Attend weekly and monthly contractor meetings with clients.
  • Report in line with KPIs and reporting requirements.
  • Forecasting, budgeting, and P&L reporting
  • Managing H&S & Industry regulatory requirements.
  • Conducting Investigations and Disciplinary hearings
  • Conducting performance reviews
  • Set and meet targets and monitor and maintain staffing / resource requirements.
  • Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.

Requirements for Electrical Operations Manager
  • Previous experience in management.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of the electrical industry.
  • Positive attitude and timekeeping.
  • Operational Processes
  • Communication
  • Effective delegation and decision-making.
  • Administrative skills.
  • Good IT skills
