Nigel Wright is pleased to be supporting a market leading manufacturing business in Newcastle in their search for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician. 

Extremely low staff turnover and longstanding workforce, the business values it's employees, providing excellent support and training. 

Working a days only continental shift pattern - salary circa £41,000  

The Role

Maintenance Technician requirements are - 

•    ??Fault finding and completing multi skilled maintenance activities across site   
•    Provide engineering solutions and root cause analysis 
•    Effectively communicate any inefficiencies to the wider engineering team 
•    Preventative maintenance of machinery and equipment across site 
•    Assist with instillation and support contractors when required 
The Person

•    Ideally, you will have completed a multi skilled or electrical apprenticeship 
•    Previous experience of working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment ideally having worked with automated machinery previously 
•    Continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to increase sophisticated production methods across site 
•    Strong communication skills, efficiently highlighting any inefficiencies to senior management
