Hours - Panama shifts - 4 on 4 off - 12 hour shifts - 8 week rotation

Purpose of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer role:
The purpose of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer role is to carry out, test, and inspect electrical maintenance across the site and carry out general engineering maintenance tasks as required throughout the site.

Main duties and responsibilities of an Electrical Maintenance Engineer:
. To carry out electrical repairs and maintenance as required throughout the site.
. Assist with general engineering maintenance tasks as required.
. To carry out any electrical installation as required, test, and inspect.
. To comply with and assist with the implementation of company food safety, quality, and legality policies as they relate to the role.
. Working on machinery such as conveyors, mixers, depositors, and large-scale ovens.

Experience/knowledge requirements for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer:
. 18th edition qualified - will take minimum 16th edition as the company can upskill.
. Electrical biased with some mechanical and pneumatic knowledge.
. Food manufacturing industry background - preferrable.
. Willingness to get stuck in and respond quickly to reactive maintenance requirements.
. Work as part of a team, taking into consideration the production team.
. Ability to plan and prioritise own work.
. Ability to remain calm under pressure.
. Responsible attitude and attention to detail.
