Electrical Design Engineer

Established in 2009, this is a modern and vibrant company that is growing rapidly. A Northamptonshire based organisation that has expanded from working on smaller size projects (£2 million) to regularly securing medium size projects (£12 million) . They are a forward thinking company and they are open to looking at different approaches for both their clients and employees .

Your new role

Your new role will be based in Northamptonshire, however there will be the ability of working from home 1-2 days a week. You will be working on a consultancy basis either at Intermediate/Senior or Principal Electrical Engineer.

• Designing electrical specifications from brief.
• Communicating with the client and developing a deeper understanding of their requirements.
• Creation of required documents for tendering.

You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects including, healthcare, residential and industrial.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be experienced electrical engineer (various levels of experience will be considered) and be degree/HNC qualified or have considerable experience. You will have experience using Relux, Dialux and preferable Amtech. You will be either experienced or open to a variety of projects including public and private sector and you will ideally be confident in working on your own initiative.

You will be working Monday to Thursday: 8.00 am - 5.00 pm and Friday 8:00 - 4:00 pm. The company offers 25 days holiday plus standard bank holidays.
