Key Responsibilities:

• Student Engagement: Create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment that encourages students to participate actively and develop a keen interest in economics.
• Performance Evaluation: Regularly assess student progress using a variety of methods and provide feedback that promotes students' academic growth.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a disciplined and focused classroom environment, applying effective behaviour management strategies.
• Support and Guidance: Offer guidance and support to students, helping them overcome academic challenges and achieve their educational goals in economics.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Must have a relevant teaching qualification, such as PGCE or QTS, with a specialisation in Economics.
• Proven Experience: Previous teaching experience in economics, preferably at the secondary school level.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students and colleagues.
• Passionate Educator: A genuine passion for teaching economics and a commitment to educating young people.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with other teachers and school staff to enhance the educational environment.
