Incredible opportunity for an eCommerce Store Manager to lead and deliver ecommerce product development across artist stores at a leading music merchandising and entertainment company.

Key features will include:

  • Set up of product development, making sure that pricing, imagery, and description are optimised to engage fans.
  • Work with eCommerce technology and fulfilment partners, to ensure that products and orders are processed as seamlessly as possible
  • Ongoing monitoring of sales performance across sites, identifying opportunities for further growing and developing the business.
  • Review stock and inventory across all stores on a daily basis and deactivating products and placing product reorders accordingly.
  • Regular merchandising and optimisation of the store front, ensuring an optimal browsing experience for customers

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as an E-Commerce Store Manager, preferably in the merchandise industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Shopify platform, including proficiency in setting up and managing online stores, configuring product pages, and optimising user experience.
  • A strong understanding of E-Commerce best practices, including product merchandising, pricing strategies, and inventory management.
  • Demonstrated success in driving online sales growth and achieving revenue targets within the E-Commerce space.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including email campaigns, social media integration, and search engine optimisation (SEO) to drive traffic and conversion.
