E-commerce Manager | Specialist Multichannel Retailer | Lincolnshire | up to £45k Basic

Zachary Daniels Recruitment are looking to appoint an E-commerce Manager for a multichannel business based in Lincolnshire. This is a pivotal hire for the business as it will lead the start of a digital transformation project for the business.

Day to day you will be hands on in implementing the basics, from looking at PPC/SEO through to the search and merch and subsequent trading of the site.

This opportunity will suit someone who enjoys being both hands on and strategic. There is huge scope within the role to drive and implement the longer term strategy and therefore grow your own role within the business.

Key responsibilities in the position of E-commerce Manager include:

  • Oversee the look, feel and design of the website ensuring the customer journey is easy to navigate, speedy and secure
  • Enhance website with relevant content
  • Monitor web traffic statistics and analyse effectiveness of campaigns and/or site changes
  • Plan ahead with a full digital marketing plan for the year to include SEO and PPC campaigns
  • Report opportunities and findings to the wider team

To be considered for the position of E-commerce Manager, you ill offer the following:

  • Broad e-commerce experience within a DTC business with a proven track record of growing online sales
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data
  • Proven in being hands on in the day to day running of a transactional website
  • Passionate and curious about e-commerce with a solutions focused approach
