Ecommerce Manager | Edinburgh | Multi-channel Retailer | up to £40k Basic

Zachary Daniels are delighted to be supporting this rapidly growing retailer with the appointment of an Ecommerce Manager.

The Ecommerce Manager will be primarily responsible for the online customer experience and sales of the platform. Day to day, your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage all online activities related to sales, conversion, A/B testing, and reporting.
  • Develop and enhance digital platforms to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Implement eCommerce strategies to improve website performance.
  • Create and own the trading calendar for the UK website, App, and Marketplaces to align with seasonal marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with the Head of eCommerce & Marketing to progress website merchandising strategies, including personalization and targeting.
  • Research product merchandising technology to improve onsite merchandising efficiency and website conversion.
  • Lead merchandising testing and optimization for all website sales touchpoints, such as recommendation zones and category sorting rules.

To be considered for the position of Ecommerce Manager - you will offer a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, within D2C retail.
