Page Personnel is seeking an EA to support a Partner in really busy role covering both business and personal work of this HNWI.

Client Details

The client is a very well known professional services firm with an incredibly office in the West End. They are international and headquartered in the US. As much as they are incredibly corporate, everyone is very down to earth and really supports each other and it it very important that everyone shares these values.

Description

This role is supporting the most Senior Partner who is exceptionally busy. The role is a mixture of business and personal work. So you could be booking very detailed and extensive travel for work, creating presentations for meetings, or booking luxury holidays and private jets for family holidays. The Partner is exceptionally busy but is a really lovely personality, very approachable and appreciative of the EA role.

Profile

You will:

  • Have worked as an EA in an EA role for at least 10 years
  • Have supported a HNWI in a business and personal capacity
  • Ideally have worked in a Private Equity, investment bank or consultancy
  • Be a team player - whilst this is a 1:1 role the team are very muck in and there may be the odd occasion you have to cover others and or help out
  • Understand that this role is based in the office 5 days a week

Job Offer

The salary is very dependent on the candidate but this is a very senior level role and will pay accordingly. They have a fantastic benefits package.
