EA/ Office Manager
Page Personnel is recruiting an EA/ Office Manager for a fresh food company based in central London. Please note, this is a part time role.
Client Details
They have a brand new office in London, so this is a new role for them. There are circa 25 in London and 120 employed around the world. There is an international atmosphere in the office and the team are really friendly. There is plenty of opportunity to make the role your own.
Description
This is a mixed role. You will support the CEO when he is in London from abroad. You will also provide some support to the leadership team, Head of Marketing, Head of HR, Head of Finance. You will also run the small office, ensuring all the health and safety and fire certificates are up to date. You will ensure that the office is stocked with supplies. As this is a new role, you will be able to develop this role yourself, so it will give you plenty of autonomy.
Please note, this is a part time role.
Profile
You will:
- Be an EA used to supporting at Board or MD Level.
- Also have worked as an Office Manager
- A fluent Spanish speaker is preferable but not an absolute prerequisite
- The hours are 8am-5pm
Job Offer
£45,000 - £55,000 (depending on the candidate) Pro rated as this is a part time role
