Dynamics 365 Engineer - £75K + 15% Bonus – Hybrid (2X Per Month)

Overview:
An excellent opportunity has arisen with our client, a highly reputable business who are early on in a major transformation programme. We are seeking an experience Dynamics 365 Developer, to design, develop, and implement custom business solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, encompassing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), and Power BI.

The successful candidate will join a team focused on adopting and promoting Dynamics 365 within the organization. This role involves collaborating closely with transformation and product teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality applications that streamline business processes and improve user experiences.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Design, customize, and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business requirements using best practices and industry standards
  • Create and implement custom entities, workflows, plugins, and integration solutions
  • Build customized Power Apps applications that cater to specific business processes
  • Utilize Power Automate (Flow) where appropriate to automate and streamline workflows across different systems and applications
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems, applications, and data sources using APIs and middleware to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability
  • Design and implement data migration strategies to ensure smooth data transition from legacy systems
  • Provide consultative advice to resolve issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks within Dynamics 365 environments and Power Platform solutions as and when required
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of solutions, including design specifications, workflows, and technical configurations

Essential Skills & Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer, with a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development including Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
  • Proven experience in designing and developing Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform components and services
  • Familiarity and experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based solutions
  • Strong understanding of data modelling, relational databases, SQL, and data integra
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-200, MB-400) or related technologies are advantageous

Package:
  • Salary £75,000
  • 15% bonus potential
  • Flexible hybrid working (2X per month in Essex office)
