Duty Manager - Part Time hours
Sports facility in the Teddington area

4Leisure are currently looking for experienced fitness instructors looking to progress or someone who is currently a Duty Manager looking for additional shifts or part time work. 

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a leisure/ sports environment, knowledge of the operational management of a leisure centre and a recognised qualification in sports/ fitness. 

We have both temporary and permanent contracts available, both part time hours. The pay rate for this role is between £13.19 - £15.75 per hour, with weekly pay! 

Your main duties for this role will include:
  • Opening and closing the building?
  • Dealing with customer queries and complaints
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ensuring health and safety guidelines are complied with
  • Administrative duties
Please note this role will include working a mixture of mornings, evenings and weekends 

You must hold a minimum of Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing to be suitable for this role. A Enhanced DBS will need to be obtained for this role.
