Job Duties: As a Duty Manager, you will be a key leader in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel and delivering outstanding service to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, including reception, housekeeping, and food and beverage departments.
- Leading and motivating a team of staff to provide exceptional service and exceed guest expectations.
- Handling guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.
- Assisting in staff training, development, and performance management initiatives.
- Collaborating with other department heads to optimize guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
