Reed FE is working with a great client is seeking a passionate and well-qualified Drama Teacher to join our outstanding Education establishment. Day to Day of the Role of a Drama Teacher:
  • Deliver engaging and high-quality A Level Drama lessons to small groups of students.
  • Foster a stimulating learning environment that encourages student participation and excellence.
  • Prepare students for A Level examinations with a focus on achieving top results.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the college’s vibrant academic community.
  • Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to the college’s continuous improvement.
  • Support and guide students throughout their academic journey at the college.
Required Skills & Qualifications for the Drama Teacher position:
  • Possess a degree from a recognised University.
  • Preferably have experience teaching A Level Drama, with or without a teaching qualification.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the A Level Drama curriculum.
  • Exhibit excellent collaboration skills and enthusiasm for working alongside colleagues.
  • Embody principles of thoughtfulness and intentionality in decision-making and actions.
  • Have a growth mindset and value innovation as a route to improvement and growth.
  • Build and foster relationships characterised by kindness, care, empathy, and respect.
  • Be a reflective practitioner open to feedback and different perspectives.
  • Embrace and effectively use technology as a tool for teaching and learning.
