Document Controller

Location: Rossendale

Salary: £25,000 to £27,000

Currently working with a fantastic Client based in Rossendale, who are in need of a Document Controller to join their dynamic team, on a full time and permanent basis.

Key responsibilities: -

• Liasing with internal teams in ensuring documents are well maintained and meet customer requirements.
• Assist with customer onboarding processes
• Manage HR Documentation
• Navigating client portals in submitting documentation
• Formulating data sheets for internal projects
• Ensuring seamless quality of communication with external teams and customers ensuring all paperwork meets required standards

Skills/profile:-

• Positive "can do" attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Confident using IT systems and internal software
• Experience within a similar role.
