Job Title: Property Litigation Solicitor - Dispute Resolution
Location: Chester
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

About the Role:
I am seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE to join an esteemed Dispute Resolution team in Chester. As part of a Top 200 law firm renowned for its high-quality legal counsel, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client service and outcomes-focused advice. Managing a diverse caseload encompassing residential and commercial disputes, you'll demonstrate expertise in areas such as dilapidation claims, boundary disputes, and property-related professional negligence. Working both independently and collaboratively within our partner-led team, you'll excel in delegation and supervision while showcasing impeccable communication skills, academic prowess, and meticulous attention to detail. Your involvement in marketing and business development activities will pave the way for significant career growth opportunities.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years PQE
- Experience in dilapidation claims, boundary disputes, and property-related professional negligence
- Strong communication skills
- Effective delegation and supervision abilities
