Purpose of a Director of Growth:

This role represents an excellent opportunity for a new business focused, strategically minded individual - ideally from a print/packaging background - who understands the impact of great branding, packaging, content creation and brand communication, to shape the future success of our business as we enter an exciting new phase of our growth journey.

Day to day duties of a Director of Growth:

  • Get immersed in the exciting, fast-paced, Culture to be able to present our strategic solutions to new and existing clients.
  • Oversee New Business Development as part of the Enterprise Growth Team - must be able to identify all opportunities and needs with any new leads and speak to potential opportunities involving all aspects of our services.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and customer stakeholders.
  • Attend conferences and industry events to foster new leads across the company.
  • Apply insights and support RFPs, new business needs and new client lead meetings.
  • Effectively present and communicate rationale and solutions to clients across an array of services.
  • Recommend improvements in the New Business Design process and utilization of resources and subject matter experts.
  • Write larger scale or strategic proposals, RFPs, estimates, and SOWs based on new client requests from the Growth/NBD team - must ensure alignment from subject matter experts, VP of Growth, EVP of Growth and SVP of Commercial Accounts
  • Forecast and track key metrics, communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements for a Director of Growth:

  • Significant experience gained in new business development, account management and/or leadership.
  • Significant experience working with clients on packaging, reprographics, production print, digital, marketing communications, image carriers.
  • Experience in Client Service and leading Client relationships/partnerships.
  • Strong ability to develop new client relationships.
  • The ability to command an audience and feel comfortable presenting to large groups / clients.
  • A positive, proactive attitude towards opportunities and potential problems
  • The ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Superior written and interpersonal communication skills that can flex and navigate easily across multiple clients and project teams.
  • A curious nature and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • A thorough understanding of the Design to Print process
  • An approachable with the desire to foster and maintain relationships within the organization.
  • A valid passport and the ability to travel when required.
