Director of Commercial & Transformation

Job Title: Commercial Operations Director

Location: London

Cpl Life Sciences are partnered with a leading full-service CRO to hire a Director of Commercial operations. The CRO are looking transform their business model, and are looking for an experienced commercial director to bring about this change alongside senior management.

Key responsibilities of the role:

·       Create and execute the commercial strategy

·       Lead the development and execution of the transformation strategy

·       Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor commercial performance and drive results.

·       Lead the commercial team

·       Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

·       A seasoned commercial leader with 10+ years’ experience in Clinical Research Organizations (CROs)

·       Previous experience with leading the commercial transformation of a CRO

·       A strong understanding of the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology industries
