Director and Vice President - Technology M&A

Successful candidates will have 6-12+ years with a leading investment bank, boutique, accountancy firm, specialising in the technology sector, preferably across software and services and the various sub-sectors within.

Outstanding technical skills along with a demonstrable track record in executing transactions at the highest level. 

This is a global platform with excellent capabilities across the UK and Europe, where much of the focus will be. Expereince in working with the US advantageous.

Strong corporate culture, high levels of independence and runway to devleop to the next level are evidently available.
