Role - Digital PR & Content Marketing Executive

28 -35K DOE

Work pattern - hybrid- 4 days in office a month

I'm currently working with an award-winning Digital agency who are recruiting a Digital PR & Content Marketing professional. This candidate must have experience writing content, SEO and of course be confident working in PR.

This exciting role is mid-level offering a salary from 28K-35K, with incredible career and pay progression opportunities, at this company with the correct work ethic rapid promotion is common. With 33 days holiday and industry events what's there not to like?

They are based in the heart of Leicester city centre and look for 4 days in the office per month, fully flexible and remote working is also an option that can be discussed.

About the role

The Digital PR & Content Marketing Executive will assist multiple clients in building valuable SEO and PR services to meet the clients' needs. About 20% of this role involves marketing whereby you assist the in-house marketing team by providing content marketing support. The rest of your valuable time will be spent launching PR and content ideas within group sessions whilst giving suggestions for marketing strategies and the display of PR.

It is required that the chosen candidate aids the company creating content to build on existing campaigns.

The content created by the Digital PR and content marketing executive should show the candidate is knowledgeable with blogs, creating email along with white papers. Networking with key journalists across the UK is key to build influence on digital PR stories created.

Responsibilities & Requirements

  • 2 years' experience in an agency environment working in a similar role.
  • Previous involvement in agency meetings
  • Great understanding across a multitude of industries
  • Previous work in E-Commerce
  • SEO, communication, content marketing experience
  • Proficient in written and verbal English
  • Able to leverage content marketing and digital PR to improve SEO performance and visibility.
  • Enthusiasm surrounding PR and all topics presented in this specification.
  • Great time management and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Able to present all ideas and strategies to the team with confidence.
  • Drive to progress within the agency
