Digital Marketing Executive

Reed Marketing and Creative are delighted to be partnering with a fantastic e-commerce brand based in North Bristol, who are rapidly expanding in the UK, EU, and UAE. This role is a fantastic opportunity to take your first step into Digital Marketing with the opportunity to eventually take ownership of PPC and Social Media channels and play a crucial part in their growth. Please be aware before application that this role is 100% office based.

• Take ownership of current Customer Service channels, including email and social media.
• Research and implement new Customer Service technologies to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Oversee PPC channels, including Google, Social Media, and Amazon.
• Create and optimise landing pages, implementing SEO best practices.
• Design graphic assets for use across various channels.
• Manage and expand our affiliate marketing channel (AWIN).
• Collaborate with a small team, gaining exposure across all business aspects.
• Provide support to the warehouse with pick/packing orders during peak times as needed.

• Minimum of 1 year of marketing experience.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts.
• Experience with business-to-customer social media and content generation.
• Strong creative and analytical skills.
