The Company:
Nigel Wright are delighted to be working with a consumer fashion business within the North East.

The business has experienced some impressive growth over the last few years and through their ECommerce presence they are set to continue.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop their own personal growth in line with a fast-paced, expanding consumer business.

The Role:
•    Strategic marketing planning across all social-media channels and digital marketing.
•    Develop, implement and improve a content strategy in line with marketing calendar across social media, blogs, email marketing, PR and media outreach.
•    Analytics across all social media and analytics platforms, producing reporting of key KPIs for Management.
•    Maintain brand consistency and search engine optimisation.
•    Identify growth opportunities and strategies through research and technology.
•    Assist with Paid Ads on Facebook, Google Analytics etc.
•    A leader who supports and assists the Marketing Manager in all aspects required and helps the team to achieve its goals.
•    Provide regular Analytical reports on product and site performance detailing return on spend, which will in turn influence digital activity (SEO, Email, Site Improvements and social media).

The Person:
This is a digital role that requires you to analyse data, remain KPI focused, report on ROI and marketing spend - you will need to have worked within a digital marketing role for at least 2 years and be able to demonstrate these skills.

The business are looking for experience with paid ads, site optimisation and maximising web traffic.

A fashion/beauty background would be preferred but is not essential, B2C/Consumer background is highly desirable.

You will be assisting the Marketing Manager to develop and integrate marketing and PR, to continue to drive exposure of our online presence and sales.

This role will also present the opportunity to demonstrate leadership skills and help to manage and coach a small marketing team, supporting the Marketing Manager with day-to-day personnel duties.

You will need to show strong communication skills, enjoy liaising with team members and wider stakeholders, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with the opportunity for personal progression.
