THE COMPANY

The business is a leading European cinema brand with an expansive consumer base operating across the UK, Spain, Netherlands and more. And they are currently undergoing an exciting digital transformation across the business in order to use data more effectively, hence engineering expansive growth of the team including this role.

Joining the team as a Digital and CRM Analyst, you will be responsible for defining and analysing customer behaviour and data across their mobile, app, campaigns, linking the businesses CRM strategies with timely analysis and reporting.

THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be the expert for all digital & CRM analysis
• Lead on projects to deliver new analysis and insights
• Clearly communicate the latest insight and analytics outputs
• Monitor and implement Google Analytics tracking
• Assist in the development and implementation of CRM measurement strategies

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experienced user of GA4 (Google Analytics 4)
• Experienced in SQL and/or Python
• Proven track record working within CRM and analytics
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
