Notes:

Band 6 or 7 locum Dietitian to provide support for our acute adult Dietetic team at Musgrove Park Hospital, predominantly covering Critical Care.

The Dietitian would be required to work on the Critical Care Unit and offer some support to adult wards. We would need someone who has previously worked in the NHS covering similar work so as to be able to 'hit the ground running’ and ideally have experience of all areas of complex nutrition support including parenteral nutrition and acute management of patients with eating disorders.

The ability to work on-site is essential, as this post is not suitable for remote working.

Notes:

Band 6 Dietitian to provide support for our acute adult Dietetic team at Yeovil District Hospital.

The Dietitian would be required to work on adult wards, covering mainly nutrition support on a range of wards, including stroke, medical, surgical, orthopaedic and gastro. We would need someone who has previously worked in the NHS covering similar work so as to be able to 'hit the ground running’ and able to flex across a range of specialities.

The ability to work on-site is essential (not suitable for remote working)

Notes:
Band 6 Dietitian to cover community Dietetic clinics across Somerset - this post would be suitable for remote working.

The Dietitian would be required to work in the community Dietetic team, covering general outpatient clinics.

The clinics appointments are typically via Attend Anywhere or by telephone, so the work could be completed remotely.

The ability to cover face to face clinics across Somerset would be an advantage but is not essential.

The Dietitian would need to have experience of working in community dietetics and have a broad range of dietetic experience as the general clinics typically include patients with a variety of clinical conditions.

IT equipment will be provided.
