Development Project Manager – Housing Association – About The Client:
Castlefield Recruitment are currently representing a Liverpool Housing Association to recruit a permanent Development Project Manager. This role offers 52,663.80 per annum, with some flexibility for the right candidate. This role offers hybrid, flexible working alongside great benefits such as 28 days holiday and being part of the Social Housing Pension Scheme.
Development Project Manager – Housing Association – About The Role:
- To lead on the delivery of several multi-tenure development projects on time, within budget and to a high quality, by initiating, developing and maintaining positive working relationships with internal colleagues and external partners
- To deliver effective project management of new build / rehabilitation development schemes including dealing with a wide range of external and internal stakeholders
- To ensure regular site meetings are attended and minuted and that both internal and external stake holders are kept abreast of delays, handovers, snagging and end of DLP
- To inspect building work during construction and refurbishment. Ensure that all relevant guarantees are made available prior to handover
- To complete appropriate and regular one to one meetings with staff focusing on personal development and performance targets to support continuous improvement
Development Project Manager – Housing Association – What You Need:
- Full UK driving licence and access to own car
- Proven management experience within the social housing property maintenance and investment sector
- Experience of development process and project management
- Significant knowledge of development in a social housing environment, requirements and good practice in relating to responsive and planned maintenance activity
