Development Manager

We are recruiting for an outstanding opportunity for a Development Manager for one of our valued clients.

As the Development Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of a range of developments including; mixed-tenure, land led, development and regeneration programmes of work.

Hold responsibility for the development of development strategy

Identification of new business opportunities

Hold responsibility for the delivery of the development plan

Be responsible for the effective line management of the development team, including 1-2-1's and staff appraisals.

Lead on the purchase of land and the procurement of construction contracts

Provision of accurate pre construction advice

Candidates should have a proven track record in development management, with good knowledge of the design and construction of housing, must be an outstanding communicator and have high levels of competence handling data and be appropriately qualified.
