Designer

Key skills and responsibilities;

• Pricing off customers plans to prior to CAD designs being produced.
• Using specification and budget information provided by the Commercial/Retail Sales teams to provide the correct products and information to the customers plans.
• Producing bathroom and kitchen designs from brief created via the Retail and Commercial teams.
• Visiting customers at their homes to conduct surveys and provide accurate measurements for CAD designs.
• Dealing with customer complaints to a satisfactory level within the Company’s guidelines, for Commercial customers and if necessary, visiting sites to establish what the problems are.
• Producing kitchen designs using Fusion for retail or commercial customers.
• Providing drawings, using DOMUS and technical illustrations to help showroom staff and commercial teams.
• Providing fitters or builders with technical information and products.
• Supplying all necessary first fix technical specifications to installers on request from the account manager or the clients.
• Provide support to showroom staff during busy periods, assisting customers in the showroom, in a polite, helpful and friendly manner.

• Relevant experience with face to face customer sales in a similar environment or possesses the underlying traits to fulfil this role.

Education and Qualifications;

• A good level of verbal, written and numerical literacy
• Relevant experience in a similar environment
• Full UK driving licence
