Design & Marketing Manager

Reporting directly to the Managing Director this Marketing & Design Manager job is a great opportunity to own marketing strategy and delivery and really showcase what you are capable of. As a manufacturing business the marketing is B2B focused and covers traditional print collateral as well as digital channels. There is a small team and you'll manage design as well as marketing, leading graphic designers to produce stand out marketing assets.

You'll need a can-do attitude and be ready to lead from the front, driving marketing forward and contributing to the continued growth of the businesses multiple brands.

About You:

• Experience at Marketing Manager level in a b2b product or manufacturing based business.
• Good knowledge of running print campaigns such as POS, brochures and product literature.
• Hands on creatively with experience in design using the Adobe suite.
• A good understanding of digital including knowledge of SEO, PPC and other performance marketing activities.
• Willingness to be office based alongside wider business and colleagues in the manufacturing centre.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading all marketing and creative across multiple channels including print and digital.
• Managing graphic designers.
• Working with wider group businesses to share and develop collaborative approach to marketing.
• Analysing and reporting results and presenting ideas to senior leadership.

Where You'll Be Based:

As a manufacturer most of the employees need to be based on site and the wider business functions including the Marketing Manager support this by being in the office daily too. The office is easily accessible by road, on the outskirts of Leeds, with free parking available.
