  • Live Role: Design Manager
  • Projects: Main Contracting, Projects c.£5mil - £20mil in value
  • Location: Kent
  • Salary & Package: c.£65,000 - £75,000 + car allowance + fuel mileage + healthy bonus achieved so far every year + private healthcare + pension + 33 days holiday (& bday off) with holidays rising
  • Potential to Progress to a Senior/Managing Design Manager within the next 12-18 months
  • The Company: Leading Regional Main Contractor, c.£120mil - £150mil turnover

Role: Based in Kent office (3 days per week) & Site (2 days), with travel to sites (max journey within Southern region: 1hr/1hr 30min). Overseeing 2-3 projects concurrently. Main Contracting experience required, especially in steel or concrete frame projects like commercial, education, retail, and car parks.
