Design Manager - South East London

A Design Manager is required to oversee design packages on a large residential remediation projects across London. The schemes are valued at up to a maximum of £20m in total and mainly consist of cladding replacement. The successful candidate will have experience of working on new build / refurbishment projects with at least two references to support this.

Reporting directly to a Senior Design Manager any potential candidates are welcomed from either a construction, engineering or architectural background. This is a head office based role with occasional site visits also required.

Applicants must have experience of working on projects of at least £5m with leading residential Developers, Architectural Practices or Consultancies with supporting references. They must also live within a commutable distance of Central / West London.
