The Role:
As a Demand and Supply Planner, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials and products through the supply chain. Leveraging your analytical skills and strategic mindset, you'll forecast demand, optimise inventory levels, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse Supply chain performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide visibility into demand and supply chain activities.
- Working closely with internal management teams to progress the business and build demand plans.
- Develop demand forecast based on historical data, market trends and customer insights.
Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in demand planning, supply chain Management or related roles.
- A degree or higher education qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Excellent knowledge of S&OP process.
- Capacity to perform well in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines to deliver results.
- Strong analytical and quantitative ability.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent critical thinking and attention to detail.
- Experience moving products across a multi- site supply chain.
- Experience working with phasing products.
- Strong MS Office and MUST have high level of Excel skills.
- Proactive with a can-do attitude.
