Demand Planner | Boutique Sustainable Drinks Scaleup | London (Hybrid)

The Client

Harmonic is excited to be working exclusively with a fast-growth drinks scaleup who is looking for a Demand Planner to join its team.

This scaleup has an impressive background and its products can be found in many of the best hotels around the world and used by the best chefs. The drinks are handcrafted and use the best ingredients from Sri Lanka collected using sustainable methods and was recognised by EcoVardis sustainability ratings. Connecting communities across the world through its products and allowing producers and environments to thrive is at the core of this companies' ethos and mission. The company spends time educating farmers in having their crops in the best condition to ensure a quality product.

This team is one that is collaborative, innovative, efficiency and above all else, passionate about delivering great drinks around the world. This boutique brand has lovely offices in Belgravia and offer a flexible hybrid work setting.

The Role:

The Demand Planning role will report to the Operations Manager and support the wider team in ensuring stock levels are accurate. In this role you will have to work to ensure that a complex supply chain is working well to enable other functions to perform.

Duties:

  • Co-ordinate cross functionally with Sales teams on forecasting figures and incorporate them into the demand plan.
  • Use all historic data to create a yearly rolling base forecast across all sales channels.
  • Measure an accurate forecast to identify and drive forecast accuracy improvements at a SKU and category level.
  • Co-ordinate monthly S&OP process ensuring timely availability of data to be provided at leadership decision making meetings.
  • Support the Operations Manager in production planning of the supply chain.
  • Manage all inbound logistics for the UK and the other countries.
  • Ensure the forecasting accuracy for KPIs including stockholding days and out of stocks.
  • Escalate any issues/opportunities to appropriate team members when needed to optimise delivery.

Essential Experience (what our client would like to see):

  • 3+ years in demand and supply chain roles.
  • International supply chain/logistics experience.
  • Dealing with 3PL warehousing.

Non-Essential Experience (What we would like to see):

  • Experience in FMCG/Food & Beverage.
  • Small business/scaleup environment.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
