Dynamite recruitment is working with a specialist business who are based in Portsmouth.

Due to exciting plans for 2024, we are looking to recruit a Debt Recovery Officer to join their business.

As a Debt Recovery Officer, you will be responsible for:
  • Receive and make outbound calls.
  • Respond professionally via email.
  • Support with the training of new staff members.
  • Input payments onto the system.
  • Chase outstanding payments.
  • Investigate cases and send out relevant correspondence.
  • Explain payment plan options to customers, ensuring they are well informed.
  • Maintain logs of reoccurring debt.
  • Investigate false claims.
As a Debt Recovery Officer, you will have/be:
  • Administrative experience
  • Knowledge of using all Microsoft packages including Excel
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and show initiative.
  • The ability to work to processes and deadlines.
  • Previous experience within an Admin position.
