Dealing Associate

Do you have experience of dealing with OEICS, Unit Trusts and Equities? Are you an efficient, accurate and self reliant worker?

Our client, an award-winning investment and technology solutions firm, is looking for a Dealing Associate to join their team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring that the daily dealing files have been prepared and uploaded to EMX, Calastone and Stocktrade before the internal cut off point
• Carrying out any internally requested Fund Switch and rebalance requests in a timely manner
• Setting up any new agency and nominee accounts with new Fund Managers
• Dividends
• Incident corrections/fixes
• Contract processing

Your skills and experience:

• Previous experience of dealing with OEICS, Unit Trusts and Equities
• Previous experience of using EMX, Calastone and Stocktrade
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Good communication skills
• Optimism and a 'can do’ attitude
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including strong Excel knowledge
