About the Role:

This Dealer Network Manager role offers a unique opportunity to manage and expand a dealer distribution network across the South of the UK, up to Birmingham. With the chance to progress to a nationwide role, this position is ideal for someone with a strong dealer/distributor lead sales background. Role Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and enhance relationships with existing dealers to solidify market presence.
  • Identify potential new dealers and onboard them to expand the distribution network.
  • Engage regularly with our European manufacturing team to discuss product trends and customer feedback.
  • Represent the company at dealer events and continuously engage with the head office for strategic development.

What You'll need:

  • Proven experience in managing distributor/dealer networks in the leisure goods or automotive sectors.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate and influence effectively.
  • Willingness to undertake extensive travel in the UK and abroad as needed. And also to attend trade shows twice per year.

About The Dealership Sales Manager Package:

A salary of £50,000 - £60,000 plus a potential 2-month salary bonus, company car or car allowance (£559-£600 per month), 10% company pension contribution, private medical, fuel card, hotel card, 20 days holiday plus the bank holidays. Hours of work are typically Monday to Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm, Friday, 8 am to 1 pm, occasionally need to work Saturdays for events.
