£300-350/DAY (INSIDE IR35)
3-6 MONTHS
CENTRAL LONDON (HYBRID)

One of the UK's biggest brands is looking for a Data Analyst to dig into the data sources and provide clean, accurate data for reporting & analysis. The successful candidate will use SQL & Python to investigate data events, ensuring that tables and data pathways are fit for purpose.

THE COMPANY:

This client is one of the UK's largest brands, providing products across Media & Telecomms, they are constantly looking to offer new services to their customers, and increase the personalisation of their service.

THE ROLE:

As a Data Analyst you will be responsible for analysing the data produced as a result of new product releases, connecting data sources and prepping data for Analytics & Reporting.

In specific, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Investigating data sources and analysing whether the tables are fit for purpose
  • Manipulating & cleaning data with SQL, Excel & Python
  • Providing some insights into the effects of the Events on personalisation of products.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The successful Data Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong experience developing analytical solutions with SQL, Excel
  • Commercial experience manipulating datasets with Python or R
  • Experience automating and performance tuning BI solutions

Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Big Query would be highly advantageous.

THE BENEFITS:

The successful Data Analyst will receive between £300-350 per day for the initial 3-6 month period.
