A successful and growing property investment company in West Hampstead, NW London are looking for a Data Administrator to join its close-knit team. The role offers £28,000 per annum and a hybrid work pattern is available if desired.

The company is very research led and to succeed in the role you will have an analytical mind, with the ability to process large amounts of data.

The Data Administrator will be responsible for qualifying leads using multiple online portals, whilst establishing opportunities and organising the prioritisation of files.

The ideal Data Administrator will be qualifying leads using Google Maps, Zoopla, Rightmove, and local authority planning portals.

The role will include;

  • Checking properties to see if they are on the market.
  • Qualification of leads
  • General Office Administration
  • Research assistance
  • Supporting other members of the team when required.
  • Proficient in excel, word and ideally salesforce.
  • Property experienced preferred but not essential.

Hybrid working pattern or in office as preferred. Hours 9.30 - 6.00pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 9.30 - 5 and 20 holidays days per year, plus national holidays, as a rule of thumb they are normally closed during the whole Xmas period.
