We are a SME IT Support Company dedicated to delivering outstanding services to our clients. 

Overview: 
With a focus on innovation and excellence, we're looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice in Data Essentials to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. 

As an apprentice, you will work closely with the company director and Operations Manager, playing a key role in customer meetings, report generation, presentation preparation, and SOP writing. 
This position offers a diverse experience, allowing you to spend time in various departments including operations, sales, support team, and finance.

Salary:
£15,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in preparing for customer meetings and presentations 
  • Help with the creation and maintenance of reports and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) 
  • Support sales administration tasks 
  • Gain experience across different departments to understand the business operations fully 

Desired skills and Personal qualities:

  • Eager to learn and develop new skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Interest in IT and data management
  • No previous experience required, making this an excellent opportunity for personal and professional growth

Entry requirements:

  • 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
