Our client is currently underway with a D365 F&O implementation and is now moving into the training phase of the programme for the user base.


Supplementing an in-house training team, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of training across the core F&O modules within Dynamics to c1,500 users both virtually and in workshops.

Key Skills/Responsibilities

  • Demonstrable track record of D365 F&O training delivery including the Project Accounting module
  • In person, classroom-based training delivery
  • Designing and providing virtual courses including training materials, videos, and user guides
  • Strong MS Visio skills
  • Creation of documentation including training manuals, exercises and quick reference guides
  • Providing go live support plan including technical support
  • Support effective organisation-wide roll out of processes, applications and system updates
  • Strong communication and presentation ability
