• Responding to general business enquires and providing ongoing operational support
• To ensure that accurate and up-to-date information is included and kept up to date within each of the relevant databases

• Experience in a customer advisor environment
• Ability to multi-task and shift priorities at short notice
• Strong team player, committed to the objectives of the team
