We have partnered with an exciting tech company who focus on supporting the social housing/development industry to make homes safer, more sustainable and more efficient. They are now looking for a new Customer Success Manager to join the rapidly growing team in Bristol. In this role you'll have the opportunity to build amazing relationships with clients and become their point of contact within the business. You'll be able to make a real difference to people in this role and progress your career within a growing tech business. 

What you'll be doing

  • Act as the point of contact for clients.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of the services to become a trusted advisor.
  • Provide training sessions to clients. 
  • Collaborate with other departments such as product, to pass on client feedback.
  • Build amazing, and long lasting relationships with clients.
What you'll need to apply

  • A background within a customer facing role, ideally customer success or support.
  • Strong communication and IT skills will be essential
