Customer Success Coordinator
The Role
Your role will be to develop the growing customer base and manage the customer relationships from the point of sale through to successful implementation. Providing technical support and management to 30+ SME accounts.

Role Requirements
- Previous experience with digital marketing, SaaS or media communications
- 3 years customer success/ account management responsible
- Exposure to project management and customer success tools.
Salary and Benefits
£25K Base salary
Hybrid 3 days a week
