Customer Services Team Lead

1to1 Group are working with an expanding organisation who are well established in Basingstoke to recruit a Customer Services Team Lead.

Salary £29,000-£35,000 depending on experience and industry knowledge plus bonus

Duties:

Able to oversee the day to day operations of the department as well as supervision of a small team

Order Processing

Ensure all customer queries are dealt with efficiently

Communicate with external suppliers on orders and delivery time frames and shipping costs

Experience:

strong admin skills , communication skills , experience in a team lead capacity would be advantageous or able to take the lead in a team

SAP would be beneficial
