Customer Service Team Leader Duties:

  • Carry out one to ones and appraisal reviews
  • Creating development plans for employees
  • Produce performance reports
  • Manage rotas and annual leave requests
  • Conduct investigations and disciplinaries when needed
  • Handle customer escalations and complaints
